Rodolfo Loredo Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, acompa\u00f1ado por la Presidenta del <strong>Sistema Municipal DIF, C. Rosaura Ponce Tapia<\/strong>, ya se encuentra en la ciudad de <strong>Laredo, Texas<\/strong>, para participar en el <strong>Laredo International Sister Cities Festival<\/strong>, un importante encuentro que fortalece los lazos de amistad, cooperaci\u00f3n e intercambio entre las ciudades hermanas de M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de las actividades previas al inicio del festival, participaron en un desayuno de bienvenida junto con presidentas y presidentes municipales invitados, encabezado por el <strong>Mayor de Laredo, Dr. V\u00edctor D. Trevi\u00f1o<\/strong>, y el <strong>C\u00f3nsul General de M\u00e9xico en Laredo, Juan Carlos Mendoza S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, donde se promovi\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo, el intercambio de experiencias y la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los gobiernos participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con orgullo, <strong>Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> representar\u00e1 a <strong>San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong>, promoviendo la riqueza de su cultura, tradiciones, gastronom\u00eda, artesan\u00edas y el talento de su gente, fortaleciendo la proyecci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica y cultural de
