{"id":1342,"date":"2025-07-04T19:29:01","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T19:29:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turismo.cdfdz.gob.mx\/?p=1342"},"modified":"2025-07-08T16:45:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T16:45:14","slug":"san-antonio-de-las-higueras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turismo.cdfdz.gob.mx\/?p=1342","title":{"rendered":"San Antonio de las Higueras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La historia del Barrio de San Antonio se remonta a mediados del siglo XVIII, pues en los documentos de 1744 se hace menci\u00f3n de una peque\u00f1a capilla en el \u201cDerramadero Arroyo Hondo\u201d en la cual se cantaba la misa al Sr San Antonio. Los vecinos del lugar iniciaban los festejos a San Antonio de Padua el 13 de junio, llevando a cabo vendimias y objetos religiosos, en el naciente barrio de San Antonio de las Higueras. \ud83d\uded5 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para 1792 se encuentra el testamento de Don Nicol\u00e1s de Zepeda en donde dona una porci\u00f3n de tierra en Arroyo Hondo, para benepl\u00e1cito del templo de San Antonio de las Higueras y las im\u00e1genes de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Pilar y de San Jos\u00e9. Este predio ten\u00eda una dimensi\u00f3n aproximada de 958 metros cuadrados. A principios del siglo XIX se identifica ya como parte de la cabecera municipal al Puesto de las Higueras, identific\u00e1ndose como un barrio con todas las garant\u00edas y beneficios para sus pobladores. El barrio de San Antonio no solo era un lugar habitable, sino que tambi\u00e9n era un lugar de paseo en diferentes puntos del rio, acequias y canales, recodando que el agua del manantial de la Media Luna terminaba en el r\u00edo a un costado del paraje de San Antonio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el a\u00f1o de 1880 se acuerda en cabildo de Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez que se destine recurso para acondicionar el pante\u00f3n de San Antonio. Con esto se muestra la importancia de San Antonio de las Higueras como sitio de desarrollo, pues tan solo seis a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n del pante\u00f3n se ordena la creaci\u00f3n de la Plaza de San Antonio en el Barrio de las Higueras frente a la Capilla, en el predio de Don Crist\u00f3bal Olgu\u00edn, esta propuesta seria de lo m\u00e1s importante para los habitantes y los feligreses que visitaban el templo. Durante el siglo XIX el municipio contaba con la Parroquia fundada en 1824, la de San Antonio en 1850, Atotonilco en 1840, El Tecolote (El Para\u00edso) en 1865 y la de Callejones (El Refugio) en
